DEVINE EMPOWERMENT COACHING

No more forcing a square peg into a round hole.

Most advice is just a checklist of "shoulds." I help you define your own self-empowered solutions. Because when you realize you are enough, everything else falls into place.

Turn Overwhelm into Action

True happiness isn't found in a prescriptive online checklist...

If you’re drowning in overwhelm, the last thing you need is more advice telling you what you should do. In my world, "should" is an alarm bell. It means you’re trying to live by an external belief system that wasn't built for you.

I help you find the square hole.

We get there by clearing out the "mud" of family expectations, work pressure, and cultural norms. We identify your unique needs and your strengths as things to be celebrated, not managed.

From there, it’s about turning overwhelm into action and judgment into self-acceptance.

ACTION proves you can. ACCEPTANCE proves you’re enough.

Forcing what isn't meant for you is exhausting...

My clients are high-achievers who are excellent at "doing." You are whole, capable, and resourceful, but maybe you’re currently in the middle of a massive life transition where the external noise has drowned out your own intuition. You might be navigating a "before and after" moment: a career pivot, a move, or a total shift in identity, and the internal chaos is getting LOUD.

We're probably working together if:

  • The "Old Ways" aren't working: You’re successful on paper, yet you feel time-starved all the f*cking time. Your default is to move faster and try to out-hustle the overwhelm, but you’re realizing that no amount of grind can fix this. You look at everyone else and wonder how they have it "handled" while you’re just trying to keep your head above water.
  • You’re "Successful" but Disconnected: The irony is that to the outside world, you are the one who has it handled. But internally, you feel like you’re consulting Google every five minutes just to see if it's normal to feel this tired and overwhelmed.
  • Navigating the "In-Between" of a Transition: You’re moving, changing roles, or shifting your identity, and you’re paralyzed by the big picture. You need someone to help you find the small, actionable items that actually work for your brain so you can stop stalling and start moving forward.
  • You’re ready to be seen as you are: You don’t want a drill sergeant or another person handing out unsolicited advice. You want someone to champion your progress while you clear out the "mud."

I’ve found that when someone accepts you for who you truly are, you finally begin to accept yourself.

The Shift to Internal Sovereignty

This is the move from too many "shoulds" to defining your own self-empowered solutions. It’s what happens when you stop constantly harassing your BFF every time you feel “crazy,” because you finally recognize that you’re not crazy, you’re just human.

  • Turning Overwhelm into "Doable" Action: "Just do it" is absolute bullsh*t. It implies that if you want something bad enough, you’ll just make it happen, ignoring your resources, your experience, and how your brain actually works. I help clients find the small, actionable items instead. For one client, it was a 10-minute yoga practice each week while preparing for a cross-country move. For another, it was finally booking an indoor skydiving lesson.

  • Recognizing the Progress You’ve Already Made: We stop the "more progress... more progress... more progress" loop. You've been growing all along, but you may not have stopped to celebrate it. When you finally recognize the wellness you’ve already built, “I’m okay” becomes a genuine statement, not a deflection.

  • Using Emotions as Information: "Don’t take it personal" is dumb. The phrase itself just means "don’t express your feelings because it makes other people uncomfortable." I help my clients learn to accept and physically feel their intense emotional waves so they can coexist with their experience without them taking over.

  • Knowing Your True Needs: To get good at boundaries, you have to know what you actually need outside of external expectations. We identify what’s within your control so you can stop forcing the peg and start clearly communicating your true needs.

That’s Internal Sovereignty. That’s Empowerment.

The #1 question everyone wants to know...

What's the difference between life coaching and therapy?

Therapy is about healing your past to get you to a functional present.

Life coaching is about taking your functional present and building an empowering future.
